Additional Information: William Sadler, aged 39, was wounded when a single bomber dropped one HE bomb that hit the Plaza Cinema on Robertson Street, Hastings. William was in Cambridge Road nearby. He died on 3rd October 1940 at Royal East Sussex Hospital. Thirteen other people were killed and thirty five injured, twelve seriously.
William was married to Lilian Sadler and lived at 59 Mount Pleasant Road, Hastings.
