Additional Information: Margaret Cleverly, aged 18, was killed when an unknown number of bombers dropped 20 HE bombs on Canute Road, Offa Road, Martineau Lane, Broomgrove, Pine Avenue and Ore. Two people were killed in the raid with a further eleven injured, three seriously.
Margaret was the daughter of Mr & Mrs Frederick Cleverly, and lived at 7 Upper Broomgrove Road, Hastings
